Every install is measured from a photo of your house and cut to fit. In Midlothian that usually means:

How it works
Measure, install, takedown
Measure
Text a photo of the front of your house and your address. We measure the roofline from the photo and send back the footage and a price. A 50% deposit holds the date.
Install
Installs run early November through mid December. We bring the lights cut to your roofline, set a timer on your outdoor outlet and turn them on before we leave.
Takedown
We take everything down in January and store it. Rebook for next year while we are there and take 20% off.

How much does Christmas light installation cost?
Packages start at $900. We price by the foot of roofline, $8 a foot, plus sales tax. That covers the lights, install, service calls, January takedown and storage. A one story house is about $1,400 and a two story about $2,200. Send a photo of the front of the house and we send back the footage and the price before anything is booked.
When will you install in Midlothian?
Installs run early November through mid December, grouped by area so Midlothian homes go up on the same days. Dates fill in the order deposits come in. Takedown is in January.
Do you do service calls in Midlothian?
Yes. Service calls are part of the price all season. Text (469) 383-8216 if a bulb goes out or the wind pulls a run loose, and we come put it right.
Do I need to buy the lights?
No. The lights are ours. We bring C9 LED strands cut to fit your roofline, keep them lit all season, take them down in January and store them for you until next year.
Do you do trees, wreaths and bushes?
Yes. Tree wraps start at $280 and go up with the size of the tree. Wreaths are $220. Bushes and hedges, garland and columns, walkways and fences are priced with your roofline once we see the house.
