How it works
Measure, install, takedown
Measure
Text a photo of the front of your house and your address. We measure the roofline from the photo and send back the footage and a price. A 50% deposit holds the date.
Install
Installs run early November through mid December. We bring the lights cut to your roofline, set a timer on your outdoor outlet and turn them on before we leave.
Takedown
We take everything down in January and store it. Rebook for next year while we are there and take 20% off.
Dates fill in the order deposits come in, and the first installs go up in November.

How much does Christmas light installation cost?
Packages start at $900. We price by the foot of roofline, $8 a foot, plus sales tax. That covers the lights, install, service calls, January takedown and storage. A one story house is about $1,400 and a two story about $2,200. Send a photo of the front of the house and we send back the footage and the price before anything is booked.

Do I need to buy the lights?
No. The lights are ours. We bring C9 LED strands cut to fit your roofline, keep them lit all season, take them down in January and store them for you until next year.
Can you hang lights I already own?
Not this season. We only hang our own lights.
When do you install and take down?
Installs run early November through mid December. Dates go in the order deposits come in, so book early for the week you want. Takedown is in January.
What if a bulb goes out?

Do you do trees, wreaths and bushes?
Yes. Tree wraps start at $280 and go up with the size of the tree. Wreaths are $220. Bushes and hedges, garland and columns, walkways and fences are priced with your roofline once we see the house.
Do I need an electrician or a new outlet?
Usually not. We plug into the outdoor outlets you already have and add a timer. We do not do any wiring and we do not add outlets. If you want a new outlet for the lights, have an electrician add it before install day.
How do I pay?
A 50% deposit holds your install date. The rest is due once the lights are up and on, and Texas sales tax is added to the total.
What is the early booking deal?
Ask for your quote by Oct 31 and take 10% off. Pay the deposit within 3 days of your quote to lock it in. The 10% comes off this season's price. Separately, rebook for next year at takedown and take 20% off year two.
What about HOA rules?
We use clips only, no nails or screws, so nothing is left on the house. If your HOA has dates for when lights can go up and come down, tell us and we schedule around them.
